Shipping and delivery

 

-Where can I track my items(s)?

Usually we provide a tracking number, however sometimes this is not possible!

-Why haven't I received my item(s)?

Shipping usually takes between 10 and 30 days but can take up to 40. If more than 40 days has passed please contact us so that we can assist you.

-What time are deliveries made?

This all depends on your local postman, however parcels will usually be delivered from 9am-5pm, monday-friday.

-Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from our warehouse in Asia, which is why it may sometimes take longer to reach you

-I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?

Reach out to us as soon as possible and we will try and get the order changed before it ships.

 

Returns

-I don't like my item, can I return it?

Returns are accepted, provided they do not exceed 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

**Promotional/sale/free items are not eligible for returns

Why do you have some items priced as free?

We strongly believe that in order for people to realise the quality offers we represent, they must try our products for themselves. We use these free products as sort of review samples, but on a larger scale. We hope that word of mouth does the rest!
